New Development Project Baaderstraße 86-90
The new construction in the sought-after downtown location Baaderstraße in the Glockenbachviertel has been completed.
The 7-storey, classic-modern residential and commercial building was built according to the plans of the renowned architects Hilmer Sattler Ahlers Albrecht from Munich. Christoph Sattler and Heinz Hilmer had already planned the existing building, which was last used as a hotel.
The ensemble consists of condominiums ranging from 1- to 8-rooms, a dermatologist's practice, the Gemifye company, as well as a wine bar, a dentist's office and a beauty hair salon on the first floor. A municipal nursery for up to 3-year-olds has moved into a separate part of the building.
